Excluding Players from Ultimate Savage is Not the Right Move

Another one I have heard is that it may have a negative impact on statics to allow them into much more difficult content than what they may already be struggling with. We saw this in Gordias too as the raiding scene took quite a hit there.

I personally experienced this back in Gordias. It was absolutely heartbreaking to have your entire group fall apart just because we had to keep replacing people, people that technically qualified to run the current raid tier with us, but don't really have the same experience as us. At first we thought it was okay, but it quickly became apparent that the game is producing a lot of these "inexperienced-why-are-we-wiping" type of people, people that don't even know how they died or can't tell what's going on in the current pull.

I was disappointed when they started nerfing stuff back in SCoB, but the playerbase took the biggest hit when they removed the gates. A lot of newbies expect to just zone in and clear the content ASAP, "why do we suck? why do we keep on wiping on this, and that?" Like, aren't we on the same instance dude? There's a huuuuuuuuuuge gap with the level of awareness just because they didn't go through the same level of difficulty we had to go through back then.

Im a casual, and ive cleared all savage content via PF. no static. Here is the thing, you're not hardcore (at least not with those parses on fflogs) so stop trying to act that way. I just dont like when people toss around the word "casuals" when really they should just say players.

P.S. Beating Omega Savage does not take hard work.

I do support an initial lockout of people who have not cleared 04S I do believe the lockout should be lifted once the Ultimate Savage content becomes obsolete

So Tldr; you want it available after an expansion or 2.

then the thing is, at that point we as a game community will be so over geared they should easily be able to take a couple friends and unsynced beat normal mode and savage, and then have access to ultimate.

I mean, here's an example. look at twintania, once considered one of the hardest parts originally for coil. Blocking many players, even properly geared. Yet My friend literally solo'd it down to the death knights as a rdm about a week and a half go.

Fresh lvl 70 with only a couple pieces of good gear.

I think it's fine as is. For now leave it as you have to clear to get there.

In the future once we have another expansion, take a couple of overgeared friends. Into an unsynced run and do your thing.

Are you serious? I'm hella casual, I hit gym 2-3 hours every day besides sunday and thursday plus work from 8 to 4. I cleared all 4, just because you have a brain that can clear doesn't mean you are hardcore lol. There are far more players that play way more than me, so are they hardcore? lol
