So let's say I fantasia to Garlean. What would then become of my black mage, red mage, summonner, scholar, astrologian, white mage, paladin, and dark knight? All of which are pretty high level, and use MP at the core of their design (except maybe PLD)? I'd have to be locked out of those jobs, and that goes against the very core USP of FFXIV which is to allow you to play everything on one character.
