Dude basic rules ; Tank collects to a certain amount rest by other DPS it's called common sense if others don't pick them up how is it SE fault? It's obviously lack of common sense. IF the healer doesn't heal that sounds more like a troll to me or new to the role once again lack of common sense. Just because their are players that don't do their share it's not the companies fault. One other reason why they removed the team set up, if you recall people were purposely rotating losing so they can rank up.If anything SE made it harder for people to work as a group and cheat the system. Yes I would like to have groups I can depend on however do to over creative individuals out there that thought SE wouldn't be able to notice, they ruined it for everyone.

It kind of is since SE doesn't really giving people any training on pvp they just turn them loose into ranked.
