I want you to go read the thread titled "The New Chat Restriction in the Feast", then try to say it's based on feedback they get. It's been almost a year, and over 90 pages of almost-entirely negative feedback, and yet not one valid response. There are feedback threads for specific jobs and roles, a unanimous "sprint should be standard" thread, and yet they even admitted they started season 5 lacking enough data (read: feedback) for balance changes.
