How does SE justify these ten min enrages, but doesnt let anyone know their dps

By doing SSS. that simple. if everyone in your group can down the SSS dummy then theoretically (excluding mechanics) you should be able to down it

And it has been said a billion times, even in this very thread you apparently haven't bothered to read, that you can have a party of 8 people, all killed the SSS doll, no deaths, and still keep wiping to enrage. And that's where a parser helps (not a parser alone, of course, but without it you can't even know the reason why you're wiping in that scenario).

there's 45 pages?! you can't expect people to read 45 pages. Also i did say theoretically as obviously the SSS doesn't show you any mechanics or deal with having to heal etc

Generally, I believe it's considered good practice to get at least somewhat familiar with the discussion and the arguments already posted before joining in. I mean, if you're not reading what others say, it's a bit difficult to try to discuss with them.

This is already done with ACT. If you've ever been in an EX or Savage party that abruptly disbands or kicks someone, it's because they had a parse going and didn't like the numbers. Party Finder is intended for players to set their own parameters. I could demand everyone go naked and kick those who don't without any repercussion. If you dislike the requirements, you shouldn't join those parties.

Yeah, the players are free to set any requirements for their groups. If you don't meet the requirements (such as having certain level of DPS), you don't have any right to be in that party. If you don't like those requirements, you don't need to join that party. We all have an equal chance of starting our own parties with our own requirements.

Said I was done posting in this thread but you sir are being ridiculous. No one except people paid to read these forums should be expected to or are going to read 45 pages of a thread. Especially in a thread like this where the same points are being said over and over and over. Literally nothing new has been said at all in the last few pages. Reading the first few posts and the last few are more than enough to know what's going on here. Stop being so patronising.

It can be as simple as people are living through the mechanics but taking too long to recover from mechanics and are thus having a lack of uptime on the target. Or are living through CC mechanics and lose DPS because they cannot attack. And these very same people when you parse them in no mechanic situations have their rotations down to the point they would always do high raider DPS... were it not for the mechanics messing with them.

I know a couple people who can output good raid DPS, but just lack a bit in reaction speed and so get clipped by some mechanics that they then live through because I can heal them through it.

The parser will tell you who in the party have issues with maintaining their DPS, and then those people will know to look into how they handle their movement and mechanics during the fight and how they are adjusting their rotation in the fight. Similarly, a parser will show if some people who are clearing the fight are just being carried by their stronger party members.

Yeah, and if that poster would have bothered to read only a few pages of the topic, they would know their points had been raised again and again. The reason we have so many pages in threads like these in the first place is exactly the people who don't bother to read if what they were going to say has already been said. We have no mechanics or cc in this game which would cause just one single player to lose heavy DPS alone. Its all about adapting the rotation into the fight.
