Would it be alright to ask for level restriction for rank?

I've never seen anyone cry to improve rank requirements in overwatch...

Then you don't frequent their forums. They make the exact same arguments you, Dmal, and others are making "Hurr durr level 25 is too easy", "Can't carry these bads," etc etc.
