[Recover Chat] Quick chat for players who got reported only

Reason: Chat is necessary in feast for teaching/discussing strategy. I'm tired of making alts on all servers to teach "tank should not take 4 stacks anymore", "Please use blackest night/cover/tank stance", "Please fall back when your healer died", "Medals bring you vulnerability as the rules mentioned, do not overstack" etc.
All things above can be solved by typing one short sentence before/during the match instead of losing the game then sending tells to people

Possible solution 1 : Recover chat and ban the players who got reported for 3 times(do the investigation to make sure the harassment actually happened) i.e. Players who got chat ban can use the quick chat without "Nice Job" "Good Match" "Hello" options only

Possible solution 2 : Recover party chat macro with profanity filter. If the macro contain any profanity, report error on chat log rather than send it with asterisks
Make sure players can not edit macro while in combat

That would require an actual concerted effort on the part of Square Enix to moderate and pay attention to their PVP mode. We've brought this idea up a bajillion times, and crickets from them on it. They're just not interested in committing resources to making sure the PVP is fun, balanced, fair and playable in this game. It's a pet project of theirs at best.

imagine it.. grand spot light, ESPN, tons of money spent to get the slot, people tune in... "Hey why are those players saying Nice job! and the same thing over and over?"

and no one ever tuned in again.

on this issue. People where attacking me for relating it to WT sticker and I do not see why. I do not want to play feast with this setup and I feel forced to when it is a WT sticker.

I really really want an option for right click report or blacklist while in feast because even the limited number of times playing it, I hate seeing the "good job spam" because they did not get healed. I am tried of not being able to ask for a job change to healer or tank. I am tired of not being able to say "focus on xxx because they got 10 stacks"

it's been suggested several times before that quick chat should be punishment for people who can't act like the age they are, however, SE isn't known to listen to their community in any way and they generally don't care much about PVP (even though they claim to care) to actually put any effort into doing what you suggested, if you want to be heard, go to the japanese forums and write in japanese, otherwise, you may as well beat it because your (our) opinion(s) don't matter

Everything you mentioned in your thread shows that you don't know Pvp at all and performing extremely poorly, then complaining about others about they nice job you because of your own fault
