will still be difficult to get into that instance for the next month or two at least till the numbers of those who have the mount have increased. During that time I'd advise taking advantage of that situation and farming the hell out of the A / S ranks from the other areas if you have multiple instances for the sb maps too. As i see it once those numbers are at a suitable level we'll say good bye to those extra instances

for SMN
could have swap physick with sustain.
could have trade tri-BIND for aetherflow CD reduction SCH got last patch.
could have prevent aetherflow loss when used during Dreadwyrm Trance (like how they prevent devotion being used)
buff Ruin 3/4 so it's actually better than Broil 2 or Stone 4

I personally think the fate should just drop the horn itself or 12 horns so people can be done with it in 1 try for Gold and 2 tries for silver.

I dunno how much you know about UI design and coding, but you should more than know that doing to big of a job causes just that.
