That's what everyone is saying, it's not a big deal to look casual. What is this poor glamour excuse everytime? You know at some point people would like new gear to use as glamour, but since it's getting worst and worst we only keep glamouring the same which is getting boring. I'd like to look less casual and naked using lvl 1 glamour, and more fearsome and epic using end game gear content. Which actually is impossible.
It is however not cheap to design prizes, exclusivity is what you wanted.
Which one should get a better t-shirt, customer who eats 2 burgers a day or who won eat 1000 burgers competition?
How is it exclusivity when people will faceroll the raid later on as unsynced? All I ask for is epic gear to look fearsome which this game is lacking. The omega gear is anything but epic and fearsome. That's what everyone is saying, it's not a big deal to look casual.

so you are telling me they make the raid gear ugly on purpose to incentivize people to play pvp?Because the feast reward only goes to the top 100 in their respective data center (or even worldwide idk)
So between 100-600 people will have it ever, and it NEEDS to look good otherwise there's no incentive to try to get to those ranks.
Raiding gets you better stats and unique fights along with personal enjoyment.
PVP gives nothing except personal enjoyment, hence people need to be incentivized to do it.
i mean: yes, it NEEDS to look good. but that's not the point. the point is: why is the raid gear so ugly? so it's ugly because it has good stats and the fights are unique? does that really make sense?
FYI I did read your post and your following posts I just don't understand why it matters yes it's a cool set but exclusive stuff in underused content is a good thing keeps people interested for a time however complaining about it is just silly cas 9 times out of 10 it winds up on the mog station later anyway after its exclusivity ends I also get that's not always the case but alot of the time it is lately anyway and as for the other gear stuff I agree the sets lately have been pretty uninspired
Also beauty of a forum is I can post what I want as long as there's no cursing and am respectful so sorry you disliked my first post <3

Honestly, wait and see what the gear from the next raid tiers look like before you complain that all the good looking gear goes to PvPers (which is subjective). I don't like the Genji gear either but I'm sure there are people who do. The devs try to make unique looking sets instead of giving us the same style over and over. You don't have to like them all, but maybe wait and see what they bring out next.
You make it seem like the devs are purposefully designing great gear for PvP while laughing evilly as they design the PvE gear which is not the case...in my opinion there are some pretty bad looking PvP sets as well, and overall fewer PvP sets compared to PvE sets. Most of the Alexander sets looked nice, and everyone loves the High Allagan gear. So what if one gear set fails to please everyone? There will be more.

Progression, people will wear it for few months and they will dump it
because 1) better gears released 2) lack inventory 3) -NOT- an exclusive for calamity salvager.
It's common to put least favored on fastest things people want new stuff for.
If people never wanted new content for raids, maybe they will put an exclusive for it.
