Secondly, I also didn't say it was "only for people who are already playing the game." All I am saying is, it would be nice to dip and give other races
some love. I just like if they were more fair to it. That's all I'm saying. :/

Shockingly, the very first Seasonal Event of FFXIV has a female Roe in it... and every other (female) race.

They should do this again, and add male characters of all races
for a real beach party.
