I was thinking along these lines. Instead of making a brand new attack, they could simply change the properties of Cooldown during overheat, to deal extra damage, remove the overheated status and put you back down to 0.3. Overheat-Pulse
If you reach 100 Heat, your GB will overheat for 10s. Within this 10s you can use a new skill, which will do a lot of damage but drain your Heat to 0. You still got your GB equipped and can easily go back to 50 Heat with BS. The idea is to put this new skill into a Overheat-Wildfire and/or make Overheat a bit more rewarding.
