You're not making any sense.

If you could use Fester etc in trance, you would, because it'd be a DPS increase, like in the old Summoner rotation.

Perhaps I'm not explaining it right. I think SE should make it so once you spend your Aetherflow stacks on say, for example, 3 Festers and enter Dreadwyrm Trance, you should still be able to use Fester/Painflare/Bane/Energy Drain while Dreadwyrm Trance lasts. With cooldowns of course. When it ends you would then need to wait for Aetherflow to be ready again before you could use Fester/Painflare/Bane/Energy Drain again.
