according to several polls people ran at 4.0 that there were about 3 times as many people switching from tank/healer to dps than people switching from dps to tank/healer.

Well yes, just like heavensward people switch out of their comfort zones to play other roles. It has nothing to do with how these things eventually even out.

Very likely by people playing the DPS job they want to play quitting the game because they cant find groups.

They don't need to add a damn thing until they fix the jobs they already have #SMN #DRG #MCH

There likely wont be any new jobs for 2 years since they already stated they wont do new jobs outside of new expansions. I'm pretty sure by then they would have rebalanced the current jobs as far as they feel they need to. Us agreeing is a different topic.
