If managing inventory via the app is getting in the way of expanding inventory, then they should abandon the app until they've fixed the game-breaking inventory problems. Maybe once the game doesn't have a monstrous dead weight in its basic functionality, SE can develop an app.

I am forced to have 8, there is just not enough room. Costs too much, on top of things. It is that or not play at all.
