- Log on shortly after midnight and find out most PUG groups have cleared O1S and are at O2S. Begin to have sense of dread that the train has left the station...

- Learn all O1S mechanics and find out fire rotation and boss attacks always occur in the same sequence. Explain this to PUG groups.

-Baffled when folks are frozen/dont know what to do when someone is "in their spot," explain that just understand the mechanic and you won't go mental over cardinal directions (just don't stack on people for lightning). Also note that people can move for about 3 seconds after ice to adjust.

- Fail to clear before dawn, realize that everyone who is capable of clearing O1S has done so already on Tuesday. Realize that I'm now terminally behind the curve and trapped in a vicious cycle of PUG hell because next week, the people who already cleared will make "no bonus" parties.

- Resigned to waiting, like Sir Jorah, for the "cure," waiting for the remainder of the field to overgear and have echo to get past O1S and "progress" on content long done by everyone else by that point. The nights are long and full of terrors.

You aren't the only person in game who didn't/couldn't clear on Tuesday. Make a clear party in PF if you're not seeing any.

Make your own clear party in PF and find some people like you who haven't cleared it day one. There are many out there like you.

There's going to be content in this game that is only doable with a regular group that knows how to synergize well and is communicating on a voice chat of some kind.

If not, then all content would be a joke to the aforementioned type of group and people would complain that it's all too easy.

Might as well give away all your gil too; I mean, if you're this late to the party on Savage, who knows how far behind you'll be in the Shirogane housing race? The "no slow loaders" PFs will be brutal.

That's honestly nonsense, Voice chat should never be a requirement to do content in a game, and isn't in this one either. some planning in the chat box you see at the bottom left goes a long way.

Also the kind of player who constantly complains about content being "too easy" will NEVER be happy, so there's no point trying to please those people.

You don't have to use voice to raid, it's just easier for some. However, you can still make friends, join an fc, or make a linkshell of your own and get the content done. I really don't understand this mentality of not bothering to even try get people together to get things done and then come to complain on the boards.
