I ran O1S blind earlier to fill for a healer in my FC. I'm pretty dense with mechanics for the most part, but managed to clear it on like the fourth or fifth pull. Knowing the fight now, I think it's very PUG-able, you just have to give everyone set positions like with Thordan (when it was current).

-Baffled when folks are frozen/dont know what to do when someone is "in their spot," explain that just understand the mechanic and you won't go mental over cardinal directions (just don't stack on people for lightning). Also note that people can move for about 3 seconds after ice to adjust.

- Fail to clear before dawn, realize that everyone who is capable of clearing O1S has done so already on Tuesday. Realize that I'm now terminally behind the curve and trapped in a vicious cycle of PUG hell because next week, the people who already cleared will make "no bonus" parties.

- Resigned to waiting, like Sir Jorah, for the "cure," waiting for the remainder of the field to overgear and have echo to get past O1S and "progress" on content long done by everyone else by that point. The nights are long and full of terrors.

Everyone who is able to clear 01S has generally already done so. Your best bet is to find a static of decent people or gamble in pf. The new raids aren't at the midas/gordias level, so it's not as crazy as it could have been. However, I still wouldn't trust pugs.

I missed the first 2 weeks of Alex creator savage due to vacation and was still able to get clears on them on PUG and that was before the cross world PF, I think your over reacting a little these fights are even easier so I am sure you can find people to clear it with.
