As for the actual discussion:

You left out the other half of the very same short paragraph you took that quote from, and I don't know why. Here's the whole paragraph, and the statement before it to add context to what I said:

If AST's card system was as good as it is now back in Gordias with lower healing potencies, I would put money on WHM warming the bench.

So no, AST healing potencies don't need to be as high as they are relative to the other healers. Their card system is just that strong now. WHM needs to bring something more to the table.

Then I misunderstood the part where you mentioned the healing potency and I apologize for that then. See? That isn't so hard. Now we don't have to go in circles like when you misunderstood my post yet kept trying to make a point that had nothing to do with my original post where I tested the regens even when I clarified my post multiple times.

You've been passive aggressive towards me since your first reply to me in here where I tried to discuss with you civilly about SCH.

I was thinking maybe they could reduce Noct's shields down to SCH potency and give them the crit aspect and also reduce adlo's MP cost to the same as asp. benefic to make them more equal? Just an idea.

SCH doesn't have Benefic2/Cure2. I didn't think I'd have to explain this to people at this point.
