Literally unchain is only helpful for tanking if you are spamming storms path for a marginal at best HP gain. Its only other use is a brief DPS increase that usually gets spent on steel cycloning groups in dungeons.

I can't take you seriously when you're using Steel Cyclone during Unchained.
