Its only other use is a brief DPS increase that usually gets spent on steel cycloning groups in dungeons. Pairing it up with berserk for a single upheavel after thrill of battle just seems stupid when you are saving thrill for an emergency unless your in tank stance worrying about your DPS, is that what we are aspost to be doing? If thats the case my as well just stick to deliverance since everything outside of equilibrium and IB from our tank kit is usable on our DPS
