Lazy Healers In Parties of Eight

I am actually suggesting to my co-healer they can go and concentrate on damage most of the time. That way the encounter is done quicker and it is more fun for me because healing might become a little bit challenging.

Why not just solo heal and bring 5 dps instead of crappy healer damage?
