Still waiting for that quote that says always 60 fps no matter how many people and effects are on screen. Until then, it was just 60 fps with many people and effects on screen, not the same.
I'm glad you're keeping this thread going, gives me something to read when I'm bored. Nothing better than seeing people moan about things that are working as intended
Again like everyone has said in this thread, if you PC performance buy a PC. If not settle for a PlayStation
"Many others" is wholly inaccurate. After reading through every post on this thread, maybe two additional people agreed while just as many said their experience was positive. If there was actually a problem, I'd imagine this thread would be multitudes longer. I'm not trying to start a fight here but maybe the more measured folks here saying you are expecting something that was never "promised" nor possible are correct. It's your time, though.
I don't know what you people are expecting. It's not like SE can reach into your PS4 and give it better hardware.
I've got an i7-7820 personally and it still has "moments" dipping below 60fps lol. But regardless what I have the PS4 can't keep up lol. So I thank you for solidifying everyone's point to the OP (no sarcasm)Yeah because your CPU does all the work in those situations a high end GPU doesn't really help at all, i thought people would get this by now MMOs are heavily (single threaded) CPU bound and that's also why they can't do much to improve this any further on the PS4 Pro it uses the same weak AMD Jaguar CPU as the og PS4 just a bit higher clocked.
I miss the old gaming days where people play the game because it is fun. Most of the games suck now because companies focus too much on graphics than game-play it self (ehem 1.0).

Your mistake is assuming that only people on here count. Plenty of folks on Reddit and other gaming sites have noticed this as well."Many others" is wholly inaccurate.
