UTTERLY DEPRESSED NINJA GOT A NERF. First, Bhavacakra and now Gust Slash. Next it'll be Trick Attack on a 120 sec CD. Stop this SE! Focus on healers and tanks, they need changes not Ninjas.

Yup, they essentially decreased it's output dmg by 20% despite the potency buff (which was a 10% buff). I wished I had played NIN before it, wondering how strong those Bhavacakra's back then were. xD

Prior to 4.01, Bhavacakra was mechanically a physical attack. This meant it was effected by Dripping Blades. This gave it an effective potency of 660. In 4.01, they changed it to magical damage, which it was originally intended to be, and buffed the base potency to slightly compensate, for an effective loss of 60 potency.
