tank dps > tank mitigation utility. Anyone who doesn't see this is either ignorant or purposefully turning a blind eye for self gain.

Or they are one of the 95% who doesn't do savage level content, and in normal duty finder dungeons where the most dangerous thing is 3 pack pulls with a netflix healer and a lost lolsam, tank mitigation is far more important than tank damage
