Regarding racial/gender/name changes for 2.0

I don't agree with anyone being allowed to change names unless they change gender, but everything else I think is fair game since 2.0 will be a whole'nother game (in theory).

why not?
i just found out my last name doesnt mean exactly what i thought it did.
i thought it essentially meant was to be extraordinarily poisonous.
turns out its the scale of how poisonous something is.... this is a lame name that no one should have and i deserve the chance to change it once 2.0 hits.
