Anyone can be a raider and complete any raid. Not anyone can be a nice raider. that takes some integrity.

it's all good. People get angry over the silliest of reasons. I've learned in life there are more serious things in life to be concerned about than video games. A lot of us come to play to have fun and to raid having fun and also completing the objectives just the same.
Everyone has their own way of doing it
It's just my mentality to be nice to folks. I can't even be nasty if I tried. I would feel like crap if I treated someone badly because they messed up something. People don't mess up on purpose. Happy Accidents happen. Yeah yeah yeah, I love Bob Ross. That guy had it going on. He knew what was up.
Treat folks with respect, if someone doesn't understand the mechanic and you do, then show them. They'll get it. Patience and kindness is the key

I honestly dont even want to tbh, im not going to trivialise everything i just said. If nobody understands what i am saying, not my problem, simple as that
There always has to be something for people to complain about.
He's talking Xeno and his "bully" stream. I won't sugarcoat it and say his stream isn't aggressive. They absolutely are. But if that style of criticism bothers anyone, they aren't obligated to watch his stream. Xeno doesn't represent the raid community anymore than MrHappy does. He simply provides a different style some people prefer. You'll either appreciate the brutal honesty or hate him for it. I'll say one thing though, he's more than willing to help players who don't make excuses even if he can be an ass sometimes. If you prefer more relaxed raiders, look up Avenger_Kusari or Mizzteq. I haven't followed Nariko Star much, but she's a hardcore raider and seems pretty chill. The raid community is diverse. Xeno doesn't have a majority opinion.with this little amount of context into what you are talking I find it hard to know whats your point? toxic people being toxic? 1 person doesn't represent an entire community it's 2017 we should know this by now, still I don't understand what this has to do with the raiding community, there's nice people and toxic people on every side of every coin casual, hardcore, raiding or not. whatever this person did to trigger you should not blame a entire community because of him, that will make you no better than the person you are mad about.
You being in the generalization sense. Just to be clear.![]()
There are a lot of different ways to raid but the fastest way to build resentment in a team (and why many break up) is misaligned goals. If you have 8 people whos only goal is to get thru some of the content before the next teir and mess around the whole time that's fun. If you want people who tackle thru the floors efficiently and have everyone on farm far before the catch up patch that's fun too. You want a group that gets all the top scores on fflogs for their server that's fun. Buuuuuut if you have a group of 6 people who want to mess around and 2 that want things done thats where the trouble brews and why people can start to resent casuals or more serious players.
At the end of the day the people who should have a platform/teach are the ones who can actually perform. If you just want to wipe for months that's fine but mr. happy and his guests generally are trying to reach the midcore/hardcore demographic. The people who like the meta and ins and outs that take things to the next skill level. If he makes fun of 0 dps tanks that's not him being a prick, that's just how things work up top. If you're a tank or healer that does 0 dps you have a right to know some people will look down on that and you can choose to stick with people who don't care or improve.
People can expect different things out of endgame. Crying that its fun>everything or else your a big meany is childish and doesn't make you morally superior.

.
This is gonna blow your mind, but people who have fun raiding don't wipe for months. Contrary to popular belief, those who have fun raiding are just as efficient as those yelling at others
There are a lot of us midcore/hardcore raiders who have fun without name calling and yelling and there are a lot of raiders who yell and scream who are not good at raids. There a lot of screamers and name callers who are great at raids and there are a lot of people who have fun at raids that aren't good
It's all a mixture but I chose to have fun and be good at it![]()

Yeah i've already looked you up and its a blank state of nothing. You wanna talk about how you're just as efficient at raiding while fooling around and having fun at least have some evidence up. Not saying its impossible but you know, saying stuff on the internet, accountability, ect.LOL, i see what you did there.
