100% Lvl 70 1 Star Rotation and Macro

I've come up with this one. Non-specialist, just uses HQ gear with max CP melds and HQ Seafood Stew.

This is actually an impressive rotation. With a small modification to the rotation, I have these results using the simulator:



Greatly improves quality with a small reduction to progress.
The only thing I don't like is using the CS II's in the middle - it will complete lower end recipes before the end - for example Sea Food Stew at 60* will complete on the second CS II. The previous rotation I posted has the advantage of working for these recipes with the same rotation - so for that reason I will most likely stick with it.

However, it is great for achieving max quality on the higher end recipes.
