Not a bad rotation, but it looks like you're sacrificing CP melds in favor of Control melds in order to successfully complete your rotation. Most crafters are going to want as much base CP as possible so that they can utilize more actions for long rotations/macros and experimenting with new ones. In general, most crafters will make sure they meld max CP, then meld up Craftsmanship where it needs to be for current recipes, then finally meld in as much Control as possible, in order of prioritization (not necessarily actual meld order)....

At this point you are right that going for max CP melds in the gear seems to be a nice and cheap way, my rotation was just a way to do it differently if people don't wanna think about having to re-meld later on and maybe want something less CP heavy and more focus on control.
