100% Lvl 70 1 Star Rotation and Macro

Here's a similar rotation, but it requires HQ food and only one Control +3 materia (as well as max CP at 472 base), or a HQ Control Tea instead of the control meld if you prefer.

I changed my rotation based on Evian's. It uses max CP and HQ seafood stew - but no extra melds or tea is needed. It also manages to increase progress and quality compared with the original rotation.
