So where hell are they ? since HARDLY anyome does NT only people who solo's and when boss fates spawns not a single person there ... i'm bored of POTD grind and doing dungeon exp (better than POTD)

There is nothing worth doing to level up in this game apart from POTD. You have to get used to it. I don't get why they even bother keeping leves, hests, fates and low level dungeons in the game.
PVP uses the same XP scaling as PotD and takes roughly as long for Frontlines: Shatter as PotD, so you could always give that a whirl if you're bored. Just please make an actual effort to participate and win.
i completely agree that boss fates suck. especially around level 52-54 within Dravanian Forelands. that is where i am at now with SAM.
This simply is not true - leves, dungeons, FATEs are still viable at low levels especially with all the exp boosts available. That attitude I also saw in FFXI with the Abyssea add-on (which PotD is pretty much becoming FFXIV's version of - a levelling shortcut), and annoyed me greatly as it false.
Especially used in conjunction with the exp ring from the Hall of the Novice, rested exp for spending time in a sanctuary, the bonus for levelling a class lower than your highest one, FC 'Heat of Battle' exp bonus, and doing the weekly Challenge Log entries which reward bonus exp, all help with boosting the exp you get from 'older' content. And from level 40ish you can start to do the daily beastmen quests for the sylphs, kobolds, amaljaa and sahagin which are another option (the ones from level 50 in Heavensward for the vanuvanu and vath actually adjust the exp given to your level).
Remember, it's not so much getting that it's not the destination that's important, but the journey. PotD is still an option of course, but it's not the only way to level.

The journey thing may be true if you dind't already level up 3 or 4 jobs.
The only thing worth doing with a reasonable time investment and experience return is PotD, and it's completely brain dead. FFXI is uncomparable to this game. In FFXIV we have a lot of different ways to gain exp, and for the most part they are useless. Dungeons are the to go, but no one is running low level and if you are not a tank or an healer you have endless queues. Leves are completely useless. Hests are the same plus you have queue times. Farming mobs is not a thing in this game. FATE experience pre-stormblood areas is completely ignored by the community. Why? Because PotD is more efficient. You can take on a heavensward fate by yourself spending 7 minutes for 30k exp or you can run a 13 minutes potd for 1 1/2 or 1/3 of a whole level. I'm kind of scared to say that, because I think SE will end up nerfing potd exp.
They should NERF POTD and bring back old fate grind party i remeber going 45-50 within an hour
Just spread it out. Blindly grinding a single form of content is not the way to go. You are going to get bored and frustrated doing that.
There are so many methods for exp at lower levels. I mean, just queue for a dungeon, and either do leves or fates while waiting. It doubly helps bolster your challenge log completion for the massive exp bonuses it gives while getting you through the wait time.
But, if you really are that hellbent on getting a job capped ASAP, jump potion it.
Already used on a healer class lol ;(
