    Good God, I made a huge mistake. I left the targets at 3 thanks to last night's AOE calculations. Jesus Christ.

    Yup. You were right. 4.0 rotation is shit.

    4.0 = 162.96
    3.0 = 162.09 (missed one foul due to respawn timer not lining up)

    This is depressing.

    On a brighter note, bringing Fire4 potency back to 280 yielded in 4.0 being higher PPS by a WHOPPING ONE POINT THIRTY-FIVE [1.35] points.

    Edit:
    Fun fact: If you look at the top parses then make your way down, the DPS is inversely proportional to the number of B4s they cast. Less B4s=More DPS

    Moving forward, what do you think this means for spellspeed stacking? Cause if I can fit everything thanks to the 3.0 rotation on the new AF/UI timer then what's the point? Lowering your SpS in exchange for more DH/Crit might even be more beneficial for Foul since its timing is rather off for the 3.0 rotation.

    Maybe Umbral Hearts should be increased up to 5 or 7? And maybe make also that 1 Umbral Heart remove the mana cost and cast time of Thunder III (but it doesn't apply the potency boost like thundercloud proc).

    I've been chewing over this in my head for a few days, so I'll edit the post with a section with potential solutions, and explain what they address and why would they fix it.

    So after reading about this 3.x rotation > 4.0 rotation I did the sky stone sea for Lakshmi to see how it turned out and.... (Mind you my gear is setup for RDM so only had 895 spell speed, 1700 crit and 1400ish Direct hit.)

    You can't buff Foul because of SAM damage... it would render SMN's Akh Morn useless and SMN AoE damage got gutted so much that now BLM does better aoe damage. If anything Foul potency should be nerfed or if kept at the same potency then Akh Morn should be buffed.

    Test Results: Susanoo Time Remaining
    Umbral Heart in all the things:
    0 - Famine scenario, very few TCloud procs
    9 - Had a Tcloud for just about every thunder, though not always lining up in Ice
    2 - Tclouds were hit or miss for timing, had a few.

    Umbral Heart in only opener
    4 - Few TCloud procs
    9 - Fair amount of TClouds
    12 - Fair amount of Tclouds, most lined up in ice

    Foul: Doesn't always line up, but inconsequential as never at risk of overlap
    Thunder: Omitting Blizz4 allowed pretty seamless Thunder filler, both MP wise and time wise.
