As for bots, hunt them down for the free points. If they're on your team, kick them. If they outnumber you, it's unfortunate, but grab some friends for the next match and make sure they don't get a spot on your team.

how about BOOST FATE exp and give us worthy SB - BATTLE LEVES instead so we arnt "forced" to do PVP because THAT gives real exp! >___> Not to meantion that way to long wait time in DF for dungeons.

How about people just run dungeons or PotD? Bring food. Use FC actions. Make some friends or find Peter Paladin on your server and ask "Hey man, would you like to help me run [instance]?" The worst he'll say is no. The funniest thing he'll say is "Pay me".

Seriously, did anyone see that chart going around? PvE content still gives more than PvP. And loot. And gil. And materia. . . Like, no one was forced to PvP, and PvE STILL offers so much more. Where's the downside here?

Japanese datacenter here and I've never seen an AFK player or bot. Everyone at least tries to do their best.

Solution: Remove EXP only from NA datacenter.

I guess if they're actually botting or afk on purpose the downside is they would have to actually do work.

I was going to give PvP a try as I've never played it in this game and the revamp looks appealing. Guess I'll pass now as bots really grind my gears.

SE needs some NA/EU people on their team so that they have an actual clue on EU/NA player mindsets when it comes to all sorts of topics, including PvP (and it's rewards.) They implement things that might work for the Japanese player mindset but is completely off base for the rest of the world, be it good or bad...aka a lot of us could ( and have) been saying this change would be (IS) a horrible idea. Just wait, it will get worse and worse...

PotD is no good after 60 and dungeon queues are bad on DPS. and you can't do new dungeons till Lv 61. PvP is by far the best way to level all the 60 jobs to 61.

As someone who has played Squeenix games for a very long time, they REALLY don't care what NA players want or think they need. It's just something I've learned to accept and ignore as I still love the games.
