I hope war gets some changes tonight

Now i haven't gotten WAR to 70 yet but from where im standing it sounds like WAR loosing half their gauge is one of the major balancing factors otherwise they would do comparable DPS to an actual DPS (like HW, and HW WAR was massively overtuned) but i do agree that getting odd rage is clunky.

If you as a war were out parsing dps, then you had incredibly shitty dps.

Ah fair enough, i just assume it worked the same as fell cleave but again, not having lvl 70 WAR i wouldn't know. as to why? massive mitigation. Depending on the fight, something like that would be amazing during ahk morns in T13 for example as later on in the fight the tank busters lasted longer than inner beast did. Also its only 200 pot less than fell cleave with a self heal, its still a powerful skill but i feel like everyone has overlooking it due to fell cleave.

Tonight is definitely not going to be Shirogane. They will give at least a week's notice before they open Shirogane.

According to the roadmap from the E3 Live Letter, tonight should be Omega (Normal) being added.

Or have the swap penalty be a flat value, rather than halving. Something like 20 gauge when swapping stances, then you'd only need a single Storm's Path to refill the lost gauge (and no more odd values).

20 gauge cost to swap stances would be fine. I usually find myself having to reapply storm's eye anyways, if nothing else.

Of course, the swap costing nothing would be nicer and would bring WAR more in line with PLD / DRK, where the gauge cost of swapping stances is negligible.
