    What I didn't expect was for them to not only make PLD better but to completely burn the other two tanks into the ground.

    I couldn't care less what the "meta players" are doing. I am not one of them and they are an extreme minority of the gamer population. I hate when things that they do negatively impacts the rest of us.

    I just don't know why SE did so much damage to the core DRK abilities.

    Totally confused what they envision tanks to be. On one hand you nerf DRK life steal/sustain to the ground, and war too, then you give paladins 4x as many clemency they had in 3.0, Personally PLD is doing great in all areas, which Im fine with as long as the other 2 can do so as well. All they needed to do is do pld this way, not touch warrior, and bring extra dmg or life sustain and maybe tbn for utility to drk. Probably would be way more balanced then. But lets be real - they still havent figured out what to do with tank accessories at all either. I would expect a few changes throughout 4.0 hopefully not nerfing paladin but to bring the other 2 back up. Sadly it will probably be potency adjustments when what they need is some change in skills as well.

And a lot of it was just because of the raid design, most of the tank busters were magical so it favored drk MT over pld, put this current iteration of 4.0 pld in hw and we would have had perfect tank balance. Ive got all 3 leveled to 70 and see no reason to run anything other than my PLD come omega savage time, even though its the least enjoyable tank for me. War is useless and darks only niche now is being the pull tank

    That was to the guy defending the current state of tanks by saying we (DRK and WAR) are just mad that PLD is the new "meta".

    Oh, well people with that mentality I just write off. I am a tank main not a drk/war/pld main so I guess I see it as we should all be upset that the tanks arent balanced. It kills diversity and enjoyment of the role. And honestly players like that are usually the paladins you see sitting in shield oath the entire fight, never optimizing their cds or rotation and end up getting out performed by good wars and drks anyway despite their nerfs lol so the meta doesnt even apply to them. But hey theyre paladin only mains, they picked the most braindead and easy to play tank for a reason, they couldnt survive the complexity of drk MTing and risk reward playstyle to optimize dps so they press 1-2-3 in shield oath and call it a day

    I think they will just increase enmity multipliers to solve the low ATK power issue and "balance" like you said, small tp/potency changes. I have very low expectations.

    Personally I think that we shouldn't be nerfing classes but bringing the others back up, WAR only needed a few small changes but they completely altered it for the worst, DRK was never really OP in the slightest and some either love the changes or hate them and PLDs shouldn't be feeling any actual button bloat if they've played other tanks regularly because PLD always had the least buttons to press and if nerfing PLD means "reducing bloat" I'd probably just drop it again.
