1) Level boosts are, amongst other things, a healthy catch up way for casuals and people that have come from other games looking to get quicker in action. The only negative thing i see about it, is the price. It should be more expensive, at least 40$. Also, it exists in every big mmo, so, deal with it.
They're not healthy things. The entire point of such boosts are a cash shop item to make more money from the game, and they typically exist in freemium games because they make the content ruthlessly hard. In a subscription game, you are basically admitting that the content is boring, just skip everything. If you buy a jump potion, it better damn well be for playing with your friends, because any other reason is to skip the game's content entirely. This is not a MOBA, you do not start out on a level playing field even with a jump potion.

There is literaly nothing to be gained from any content below 50 but your average 3 button "rotations" and some pretty dungeons you can see in roulettes if you missed them. People just look for a chance to pick on the little guys. And honestly, there were as many "bads" back in HW and AR as there are now. So, stop complaining about how a boost did all this and deal with it.
No, you learn to identify how bosses telegraph, how to handle buff/debuffs. Remember coincounter in Aurum Vale? That mechanic shows up in other places. The tethers in Dzemael Darkhold that make the boss invulnerable. There's also healing NPC's during a boss or sleeping the boss like in Brayflox Longstop that show up in other places, mostly solo content. If you skip this content then you will be lost when dropped into a trial.

"Why did i have to level all those when someone can now buy them all". Well guess what. You are no longer a special snowflake. Deal with this too.
No, butthurt only comes from people who paid someone to play for them, engaged in RMT, or cheated in some other aspect. They see it as their investment being devalued. If you actually play the game without spending money on skipping content then you won't see any value in these boosting items to begin with.

If you cant find anyone to do content with that meets your expectations....lower your standards and deal with it.
The bashing exists because it upsets the game balance. Between jump pots and PotD, people are not learning how to play their role, and are creating the exact kind of toxicity that people bash WoW for. I've never played WoW, but good gawd, every MMORPG I've ever played feels like WoW-refugees who left WoW because some some change in the customer base that players disliked. The topic of panda's keeps coming up a lot.
