People who want to be good will look at a video or two on rotation guides and practice a little on the dummy to figure things out. Doesn't matter if they level to 70 or use a jump potion. People who are bad will be bad either way cause they just don't care.

They could, you know, read a guide for the job they're boosting maybe? Maybe even read their tooltips? It isn't that hard.
Having been stuck in groups with tanks and healers who boosted and have zero clue on what they're doing has been terrible. I'm more forgiving when it's something like Sastasha. But when it's something that's 60+ it's absolutely awful and inconsiderate to the group.
This is going to be a seething loathing response so apologies if it offends.
If I see a level 60 player perfroming like a total noob, I'm going to leave them to their stupidity. I dont see how it should fall to the playerbase to have to train people who otherwise didnt care enough as is to level the right way the first time. If they are your friends and only level jumped to play with you, then teach them yourself.
In the past, I have tried to help other players learn how to play effectively by giving polite and non-confrontational advice and, honestly, Ive given up on it. The majority of the time it ends with some such version of "you dont pay my sub" or "I play how I want". I gave up trying. It is easier to just leave them fail for themselves while I move on and actually ENJOY my time.
That being said, I have never kicked someone from a group for being a terrible player. When it happens I've just dropped from the group and taken the 30min penalty myself. Id rather not deal with it and I can do other things in that 30mins than deal with someone else's BS.
SE just exacerbated that issue with their ridiculous potions. I have never agreed with lvl jump potions and I feel like they should be far more restricted than they are. I have played multiple characters and its not that hard or time consuming to get to max level in a reasonable amount of time. But my voice doesnt matter now and whats done is done, but I will have as little dealings as possible with the now rampant NooB horde.
Actually saw this tank doing his potion for level and stories and he outperformed a 2 year plus old player. It's actually funny how that guy actually did better than a average lol.

Quoted for truth! They could, you know, read a guide for the job they're boosting maybe? Maybe even read their tooltips? It isn't that hard.

or ppl could be less stuck up. (not claiming everyone is) but giving tips when asked for help goes a long way, as is offering help. I ran into some pretty stuck up ppl in these latter 65-70 dungeons who refuse to use their enmity reducers even knowing the tanks I've run with are not holding hate well regardless of spamming their enmity skills.. new is new regardless if your lvl 1 or lvl 60. Giving tips on website to visit give links, give tips on who to watch on youtube. Just saying "google it" doesn't help.
From what I've been told about about older mmo, players taught other players, that is how communities are built.
It's important to note that not every sprout is brand new, and not every "jumper" is completely inept.
I have an alt I've jumped, and I preferred to keep the sprout, to see just how differently I might be treated purely because of it. Don't be surprised if you come across sprouts/jumpers who actually seem to know what they're doing. If they want to play and enjoy the game, they'll take the steps to learn, and in time, be indistinguishable from any other players at equal levels.

Except the jump potion users are really really bad. Worst than a normal sprout at level 16. Especially a tank who seemed to wonder off in a 8 man raid. They don't do combos nor know what to do with mechanics in a raid. They just drift off in their own world waiting for the clear. To be fair they deserve the hate and anger of players who took time to learn the game. Imagine getting a jump potion in real life and becoming a level 60 doctor and your first raid is a heart surgery. How do you think the family will react when the doctor who is performing the surgery skipped all his training and was given a medical degree to practice medicine? There would be outraged.
