I got it after 4 wipes going in blind with fresh 70 gear with levelling accessories. If you communicate and people actually pay attention....it's not hard.

Try forming at least a partial pre made with friends and your Free Company if it's giving you trouble in PUGs, personally I cleared it on my first queue with only one wipe but I coulda been lucky. I don't think it should be made easier though, I just want the quicktime event removed.

Please lower the difficulty of the ffxiv royal menagerie trial. I spent over 12 hours non stop with several parties of all kinda trying to clear this content however its simply Impossible to beat unless I spent Millions in Gil to buy a clear from people who managed to beat it. This game has been a great thing to bring people together and have fun but this latest trial fight has made the game impossible to play I even tried beating it with the 140+ member FC I am part of and simply It just cannot be beaten even with understanding of all the mechanics of the fight he deals far too much damage repeatedly. Please Lower this difficulty or make trials like this completely optional and no longer part of the story line as its ruining a game I have played since 1.0

wow.. you guys kinda suck... and your "pay gil to clear" mentality is prob why you guys don't improve.

my 1st PUG via DF cleared it 1st time with bunch of deaths.
my 2nd PUG via DF cleared it after 2 wipes. (did it again for fun because i like the fight)

To be honest, a fight in the MSQ that can take one 12 hours to complete ought to show how ridiculous it is.

This sort of experience needs to be left to the actual extreme/savage content.

No need to lie about your numbers you maybe spent like 1 hour trying to clear or just 2 runs and your rank 2 FC only has 4 people in it.

It simply requires attention and coordination and is actually an AMAZING FIGHT.

EASILY the best story fight in the game. Ever.

I can't WAIT for the Extreme version (which there better be one, make it happen SE), because there is a damn good chance it could knock Thordan EX out of my "favorite fight" position.

There is nothing to "fix", SE. Please do not change this fight.

A quick note, I cleared it with two friends, going in blind only with on-the-spot instruction by one of my friends who was in Discord with me. The rest were pugs. First group just sucked, we left after like 15 mins. Second group got it in three pulls.

I swear, if this gets nerfed because of people crying about its difficulty...

It doesnt. It took me 3 attempts to beat, not 3 queues, 3 attempts.

My blind df team got it in 3 tries. First attempt was pretty sad (though we all had a good laugh), 2nd attempt got it to 30%, last run had no deaths. If you put your heads together after a wipe you'll do way better than quietly respamming the trial.
