Please lower the difficulty of the ffxiv royal menagerie trial. I spent over 12 hours non stop with several parties of all kinda trying to clear this content however its simply Impossible to beat unless I spent Millions in Gil to buy a clear from people who managed to beat it. This game has been a great thing to bring people together and have fun but this latest trial fight has made the game impossible to play I even tried beating it with the 140+ member FC I am part of and simply It just cannot be beaten even with understanding of all the mechanics of the fight he deals far too much damage repeatedly. Please Lower this difficulty or make trials like this completely optional and no longer part of the story line as its ruining a game I have played since 1.0

The boss there was originally an optional super boss from FF5 so of course he's going to be hard, also bosses are done pulling their punches and will destroy you if you are not careful. So get good and don't suck. Simple as that.

Or here's an idea, make friends. I'm on Hyperion, I'll help you clear (for free), so will many others. Don't destroy what is an amazing fight because you haven't cleared in... Only 12 hours? That's not a wall, that is a fight you have yet to learn.

Seeing as bads still insist on refusing to learn how to play the game or work with others. This fight is fine if not on the hard side. I have managed to finish this fight on my Main and Alt as a fresh lvl 70 at about ilvl 280 - 290 with not food. apart from adding echo to the fight any further fixes would be overkill. I would recomend if you are doing this as a healer NOT to dps as the boss outputs a lot of unavoidable damage at quite a fast rate. and by the way both my main and alt are also on hyperion. PLEASE for the love of the twelve don't ask for this to be neafed to the point its a faceroll (like most of HW content) since if you neaf this you might as well nerf all the lvl 68 to 70 content in the same breath.
