    SUMMONER "rotation/priority"

Hey Guys, not 70 yet but I don't want to be a bad SMN once I do reach 70.

whats the most effiicent rotation for SMN once they are 70? so far, it seems dependent but I think this is what ie been thinking

    Aetherflow
    Shadlowflare>Bio+Miasma>Fester>ED>painflare

    contagion ( if available)

    then get into DWT
    Tri
    ruin III spam
    deadflare

summond bahamut ( not sure what to do once hes summoned)

Of course im missing pots and rouse/pet abilities.

but what ive said above, does that seem accurate?

    Thank you or your responses

Heya Jetto like Hobbit showed in his rota (without explanation) you don't have to save Tri for trance because Trance wil reset Tri. You can use it way more often now. DW about buffed trance, because it will always be up if you go in trance.

Another thing I noticed is that you are still using the fastest HW opener to get into trance (fester/painflare/energy drain) this was a given choice in HW to get in as fast as possible - but now in SB painflare and festers cool downs were decreased drastically to 5 secs so you should only use 3x fester for single target or (tri->) bane, painflare, painflare for multi targets to get the most dps out of your skills.

than again its priority again spam ruin lll until deathflare and repeat. if you get Bahamut you have to adjust your rota a bit after every 2nd trance part. oh and be aware that you can't stack aether stacks in trance now (but you can in bahamut trance later on). hmm so far.... hope it helps you a bit.

that being said a meta-rota isnt existing yet... I guess people will try things out until the first savage content is availible to set things fix ^^

Why ruin 3 outside of trance, does it not wreck your mana? I guess you do it to take advantage of the ruin buff from tridisaster but I'm surprised you can sustain mana :s I guess each time you tridisaster after the first is likely to be within a trance...

Also, during bahamut, whats the difference between ruin2 and ruin3, given you dont have an ogcd ability to use? Both are 1 cast in 1 gcd, right?

Yes MP management is harder now with the spamming of Ruin 3 and it is easy to run out of it in longer fights if your not watching. The reason for Ruin 2 has to due with ark moh. Ruin 3 can keep you locked out of getting a second one in before Bahamut leaves. What I do is Ruin 3 and when the Bahamut timer is close do a Ruin 2 for the last one.

Wouldn't Ruin II be better (except when you get a Ruin IV proc) during Bahamut since it allows oGCD weaving throughout?

All Ruin 2's might be better. To me Ruin 3 and 4 are the same sharing one button. I also seem to proc into 4 quite a bit. I probably should have said Ruin 3/4 to be more clear. If I see something is coming off of CD I will attempt to use it first but I'm still learning and trying to see how everything lines up on the boss fights as that has more effect over the long term on what button I push. I hate it when I get off on timing and the boss goes not targetable when in Dreadwyrm Trance or now Bahamut.

ok thanks, so look to fester more, use tri more, got it.

when I get bahamut I dont know how much to change, I feel like I should summon bahuamut as soon as capable and still spam ruin III

Ruin 2 spam whole duration is not really needed during Bahamut because even if you use ruin 3 + ruin 2 at same time bahamut still hit 2 times. Just check this video.
