    Not really. We've had periods of constant maintenance, not a single day has been refunded. It's up to them, and if you are playing right now you agreed to the ToS which says just that. They don't have to refund you in any way.

    Why do people complain about the silliest of things. When we weren't able to use the DF last night, we were doing MSQs and other FC members we're leveling gatherer's and what not. There are lots of things to do in this game besides DF.

    This has nothing to do with refunds. Nobody is asking for a refund of their game or subscription time.
    A compensation isn't the same thing as a refund.

    And here is a reason why people shouldn't quote things when they don't understand.

    1. No 3rd party criminal activity happened with my account.

    2. SE double charged my account and had zero shipping or invoice number to provide my bank or myself about said second purchase.

    3. SE refused to refund me until a written statement by my bank proved what they already knew to be true.

    4. Which my bank obliged and sent off whatever official form and transaction log they have access to, which resulted in me waiting 3 days for a response that came back and told me I was refunded due to a technical issue within SEs billing system.

    So, your white knight attempt failed, SE refunded me for something that wasn't criminal. Funny how you didn't even try to bring up parsers being a direct violation of the ToS and only tried to self validate yourself and SE with their awful policies.

    What do parsers have to do with this thread at all? That's why I didn't even bother replying to that. I was merely saying that the ToS does indeed mention the fact that they won't refund. Sure, there are definitely cases where they do, but in the end, as the ToS mentions, it will be determined by Square Enix.
