    We deserve a compensation

    First we had that awesome early access then we got long queues, and now finally the DF is down in a game that depends on instances.
    Can we get some form of compensation, whether it is in game time or something from the mogstation, because this is just BS when this game is a sub based game coming out and saying "we are sorry for the inconvenience" each time in a game you pay for doesn't work.

    Well, not trying to defend them, but if it's really a DDoS attack it's not 100% their fault all this stuff is happening.

    Fine if they are still getting DDoS'd its not their fault, but what their fault is that we are still being charged days we are paying for, if they make the days free then u'd understand, not paying for days u can't even play

    True but a good company would still offer even the most insignificant thing for any inconvenience to their customers.

    Not really. We've had periods of constant maintenance, not a single day has been refunded. It's up to them, and if you are playing right now you agreed to the ToS which says just that. They don't have to refund you in any way.

    Why do people complain about the silliest of things. When we weren't able to use the DF last night, we were doing MSQs and other FC members we're leveling gatherer's and what not. There are lots of things to do in this game besides DF.

    Even if that isn't true, and it sounds suspicious enough imo (DDoS'd for 4 days without realising it?), we don't "deserve" compensation for any downtime regardless whose fault it is. You sign off on that.

    It's not as simple to detect a DDoS attack, specially during a launch were heavy traffic was expected. Here's an interesting read about it.

    But anyways, keep demanding compesation. In my case, I'm fine. After early access I've been able to play just fine. Save for yesterday where DF was down, but I had a lot more to do. Sorry if you're having any more issues.

    This! I have no issues with login queues, as they have to balance the load somehow. BUT if oyu manage it through the queue and STILL have no working instancing, something is severely wrong and saying "sorry" doesnt cut it, as it is not early 2000 anymore

    Not sure how new you are to online gaming and expansion times, this is normal. It's out of their control and the ddos attacks are just trolls. People pay subscriptions, it's common sense that new content would flood the servers with old / current / returning players. Some things are out of their control do something else while waiting. Play a hand held, read up , and accept that everyone is dealing with this. Players even go afk just to avoid resigning in which in a way can do if they choose unless their connection is cut. They have even tried compensating players to move to other servers and the perks are pretty nice.

    Sorry to tell you Manuel but i'm not new at all to MMO's and played WoW for 11 years, in WoW launches it starts off worse than this, butttt it gets fixed in 2-3 days and sometimes they even re compensate the days you couldn't play, and another thing maybe I don't want to do anything else?
    The game is a subscription game it shouldn't be having problems like this for 10 days now since early access started.
