Is queue time just a part of the normal game now?

My only issue with the queue is that it is so easy to avoid being kicked from the game.

It's exhausting trying to log on when you know 90% of people online are just afk at a NPC or fishing to avoid being kicked in a city.

Can square take more aggressive methods to kick afkers off server?

Umm, wrong type of queue. That's duty finder queue, this is for login queue.

Are queue times still that bad on Balmung? I'm on Gilgamesh and this morning I only saw a queue of like 16, which I could just back out and re-enter to instantly get in. The worst I saw was around prime time where I saw a queue of 350 so even on Gilgamesh, the queue is almost completely gone.

Queues are nearly 3-4 hours. It was over an hour at 11am PDT

You better make sure I don't catch you AFK'ing in the future once this problem/issue is resolve. And I will ask anyone that you know if you have ever been AFK'd in the game and if the answer is yes, then you have nothing to say. And that goes to ALL of you who play this game regardless of what server you are on. Everyone is included!

Seems a little...weird of a response.

You know, some of us are on servers where we don't have to worry about getting AFK booted. Hell happened to me three times today for idling outside my apartment while watching professional league matches. Managed to instantly log back in everytime.

I am going to have to assume you AFK exploit based on your response tone.

I know I did. Nearly everyone was in Balmung. The community is a large part of the continued problem.
