44% is a weird number. I wonder if there's something else going on to tweak the number up or down. Either way, that sucks. On the one hand, I can see the reasoning - Warrior will be using Storm's Path in this expac about 100 times more than it ever was in HW or ARR. Really though a relatively small heal (even at 100% rate) every 6~9 gcds isn't worth nerfing. I wonder what their internal discussion was like.
