I have heard that it scales down as you level, but can you check the amount on something that isn't a dummy? I only ask because the amount (926/2094) seems awkward and drain tests on target dummies tend to be inaccurate - the dummy will often zero out on HP, so the reported damage dealt is very different from the actual damage dealt. I'd go myself but I didn't level war after HW and my drk is still at 60.

Also, from what I have played of DRK, if they're going to keep Dark Passenger so weak then they should probably make it free. That way it can just be DRK's circle of scorn and also act as an emergency blind if you dark arts it. This isn't so much a balance issue necessarily, but it feels shitty to have Dark Passenger be so mediocre after using it all of HW (plus it's basically the embodiment of the old Dark Wave attacks in FF games)
