They said that is bein adressed. We just have to wait.. T-T

We appreciate your patience as we worked with the team to get an update.

The dev. team is currently looking into the issue where the large patch is re-applied any time a power outage occurs on the PlayStation®4. We believe this is mainly occurring due to the power outage causing game files to be corrupted, which triggers the software to redownload the patch. We will follow up with any updates we receive, but in an effort to minimize the issue, we ask that users follow the standard shutdown procedure for the PS4, aside from cases that are beyond your control like unexpected power outages.
