You'll get one.Hey I sent an email to support and I assume we are meant to get an automatic email saying they relieved my ticket after we initially open a support ticket but I haven't received one, I double checked the email I input so I'm sure its correct. Just slightly concerned, do you usually auto send one when we open a ticket or not?
