@LunaFaye-
Thank you for answering, I figured I'd just wait before buying another copy of SB, but might as well ask around here as well.
Thanks anyhow!

So I purchased the phsyical CE for PS4 which is tracking to deliver on the 26th, but the early access ends on the 23rd... Is there no way to access my code without the physical box? What happens to my character after the 23rd, since I've already been leveling rdm?
You won't be able to log into the stormblood areas, if that's the only part of the game, you're currently missing. If you didn't have HW prior to the expansion, then that will count to that as well. You won't have access to any of these (old HW or new SB) areas, as well as you will have no access to the new jobs, till you entered and registered successfully the new or any missing expansion. However if you log out in old ARR or HW areas, depending what game you had installed prior, you'll be able to log in, but you won't be able to play your red mage. So if you don't want to be fully locked out, make sure you're logging out in these older area's and switching to a job that is not RDM or Sam, till your physical copy arrives.
Edit: I don't have a ps4, but my answer is based on the other platforms, therefore I am assuming it will be the same, but I might be wrong.
So I just received my PS4 physical edition from Ozgameshop and the code inside has apparently already been redeemed?? I've just sent them an email, but not sure when they'll respond since they're based in the UK and I'm in Aus =(
It sounds like the issue lakukisu was referring to here.
Judging by the other people I've seen complain of the same problem here, it looks like an issue specific to EU copies of the PS4 physical box version. I'm not sure how SE is going to take care of the problem, but at least they're aware of it / working on it.Greetings,
We’re aware some customers are having trouble when redeeming their PS4 Stormblood Standard Edition game codes. Some codes are either showing as invalid or providing only Early Access rights.
We’d like to sincerely apologise for this inconvenience and thank you for your patience while we work to resolve these issues as quickly as possible.
Early Access rights last until June 23rd so you will still have game access if you’re affected by this. Please keep an eye on our official channels for updates.

My physical copy for stormblood ps4 says the code was already redeemed when I entered it on psn despite the fact it was fresh out the box![]()
Guess all we can do is sit tight and hope things get sorted.

I can confirm the PC physical CE code does work as my EU/Australian CE physical boxed set was delivered earlier today and I registered the code from it on the Mogstation with no problems.
So that problem is most likely only a PS4 issue, which would probably require Sony to fix given it involves the PSN Store which is out of SE's control sadly.![]()
Hello there!
We have investigated the issue regarding registering the PS4 code for the Stormblood Standard Edition (EU/PAL - physical version), and it has now been resolved.
Players affected could either see that the code is either invalid or entitles only to Early Access, if you're having these issues read here for instructions.
In short, if you're having these issues, we request you contact our Support Centre via this form.
Best,
Lakukisu
