    Same as Catwho I put in my PS4 physical copy code followed everything log in got my mount and stuff I go to check Mog station but all I see is the "O" for Stormblood
    Early Access nothing for Collector's Edition, I might just be paranoid because of what has happen so far but is anyone having this issue is this something that might change after early access is over?

    I have the same issue as well.
    My physical copy has arrived, but there is no registration code. I swear that I've looked in the disk box, and the rest of the entire package inside and out. The only piece of paper that I could find was the warranty within the install disk case.

    Followed instructions on the form to get support ticket.
    E-mailed me back to tell me they were dealing with the request.
    E-mailed new code.
    All sorted within 24 hours.

    Got Physical Copy.
    Code did work but gave me only a 2 time early acces.
    Followed instructions on the form to get support ticket. (did it about 19.40h on the 21.06.2017 UTC+2)
    E-mailed me back to tell me they were dealing with the request.( about 11h later)
    And nothing till now(18.55h 23.06 UTC+2) but hope you all have fun playing it, time to play something other for now.

    And sorry for my bad english I'm german.

    Make sure the reply hasn't fallen into the spam/promotions section of your email. You probably checked already, just giving advice as that's where mine went (not my 'primary')

    What if I HAVEN'T received my physical copy?!?!?!?!

    I tried calling support and they said nothing could be done until I received the package.

    I'm furious because I pre-ordered the PS4 CE back in JANUARY (first day it was announced), and paid $45 for "priority shipping" from the SE NA shop, and they didn't even send it out till the 20th!

    HOW is this OK that I spent $245 on this damn expansion, and now I'm getting kicked out?

    I ordered the CE of Stormblood (Physical, Ps4) the day it was available. I'm in Canada. There's no way I'm getting this in a reasonable amount of time. why the hell would they ship them the DAY OF LAUNCH. Why did I pay 50$ for shipping that is worse than free shipping?

    My problem now, is that early access ends Friday and my only recourse is to either not play anymore and have all my FC friends blow past me or buy a digital CE so I can get the content. I obviously am incredibly not happy with the idea of spending 70$ because Square Enix Store is the most incompetent store I've ever used.
    This is EXACTLY my situation. It has now arrived in Canada, but will likely be held up at customs for the week knowing their track record!
    I"M FURIOUS. We were forced to pay for the $45 "Priority shipping service" and I spent $245US + on this game just to get LOCKED OUT? My emails have gone unanswered and nothing is being done!

    Same issue here, ordered the CE online only to have it not arrive before the end of early access

    SE store is absolutely terrible at getting products to their international customers at release in my experience:
    - Heavensward - 2 weeks late after launch
    - Nier Automata - 3 weeks after launch I get my game
    - Stormblood - stuck in the mail and Early Access has ended

    all I have left to say on this is that SE store needs to ship earlier to international customers to allow for clearance through customs etc, and locking your paying customers out of content because we are unable to register a code is absurd, we paid for the game, you know we did (early access code issuance), and you yourselves can track parcels just as we can I assume...you know the state of things.

    Unlike these three, I ordered the physical standard edition and it still hasn't showed up yet. Apparently it was transferred from UPS to USPS (I had to get the info from UPS) I wont get it until July 5. I should have skipped early access and bought the damn thing from a local store. Five to Six days with no early access is way better than two weeks paying form something I otherwise would have available now.

    But that's not what is bugging me, my character is still geared and was in one of the new zones prior to early access ending. So I cant log in at all.

    You could maybe see if support can forcibly move your character to a 2.0/3.0 area.
