I have little hope it will get better anytime sooner than a week. There is nothing to be fixed on SE's part. I'm still stuck after 48 hours and the devs response is to come back later. Essentially it means go do other old activities or not play FFXIV at the moment. The fix is for people to get so tired and lose interest that they will remove the limitations on solo instances. So I anticipate a week at the soonest for people's hype to just die off. It is a shame really. More people are angry with SE not for the issue but their response . They have not responded because they have given their answer.
