Millions of preorders does not equal beta testing, why so oblivious to why people are upset? As far as testing goes, that should be done with people that aren't spending their hard earned cash.

Early access by definition means, you get to access the full product earlier than other people. It definitely does not involve being a tester.

Early Access is meant to stop PR review the game because it is not actually launched till June 20.

No early access is meant to... well.... access something early. What reviewers are doing has nothing to do with it.

Yeah, it really isn't considered a beta test. This has been done pre early access. It's an incentive to get players to go ahead and order, so they can get their $$$. I'm kinda disappointed about how this is being handled, I mean, their reason for the server relocation was because the new location is an advanced hosting facility, supposedly better than the last, yet, it doesn't seem as such right now.

People need to stop being apologists for SE. Early Access means just that, you access all of the content early. Not beta testers, not stress testers. This issue needs to be resolved 12 hours ago instead of the piss poor "fix" that was implemented.

This, people need to stop acting like Square Enix can do no wrong. This attitude causes many of us to instantly hate you, you are not Square Enix, you are a paying customer, act like it. Start demanding the proper respect you deserve for enriching these people wallets with more money they can ever put to good use. Corporations screw us because idiots worship the way they do business, regardless if it is good or bad.

If a server lets X number of players log on, then that server should be able to HANDLE X number of players. THAT is something they can accurately predict! Anything else is consumer fraud... it's like overbooking for an airplane flight and telling people they have to stand in the aisles. You take their money, you BETTER provide the service, ESPECIALLY when you take their money IN ADVANCE for the promise of "early play".

my suggestion is just hotfix an autocomplete for those on that quest just to get them past it. That large of a chunk of people should free it up for the others. This really is out of control.
