Millions of preorders does not equal beta testing, why so oblivious to why people are upset? As far as testing goes, that should be done with people that aren't spending their hard earned cash.

Yeah, it really isn't considered a beta test. This has been done pre early access. It's an incentive to get players to go ahead and order, so they can get their $$$. I'm kinda disappointed about how this is being handled, I mean, their reason for the server relocation was because the new location is an advanced hosting facility, supposedly better than the last, yet, it doesn't seem as such right now.

my suggestion is just hotfix an autocomplete for those on that quest just to get them past it. That large of a chunk of people should free it up for the others. This really is out of control.

So everyone gets stuck on the next quest/dungeon? Bad idea.
Last year everyone was stuck in login queues forever and getting error messages. You can at least login and play this time around. And tbh, this is par for the course for a MMO release. I haven't seen a single MMO that hasn't had issues.
What a lot of you fail to see, is that it HAS gotten better from HW release. There's no error 2002 or 90000 preventing everyone from playing.


I played just fine outside a few disconnects during Heavensward early access. It has most certainly gotten worse this time around.So everyone gets stuck on the next quest/dungeon? Bad idea.

The only thing i blame on SE is not properly explaining what to expect. Now they have tons of angry customers..
It has been SIXTEEN HOURS this is UNACCEPTABLE.
